Fantastic wing sauce from Buffalo in New York, the home of Buffalo Wings.

Don’t feel obliged to fry your chicken as the preparation guide suggest, I’ve achieved fantastic results by roasting wings, thighs and legs in the oven until you get that lovely crispy skin.

If you’ve never used a wing sauce before I urge you to give it a try. It really is one of the best ways to enjoy chicken.

  • The Label says:

A blend of select ingredients that deliver a pleasant tamer sauce. With the same great mouth water, finger licking taste. For those who prefer their wings less spicy.

Home of the original Buffalo Wing.

The Original Buffalo Wing developed and perfected at Frank and Teressa’s Famous Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York; 2003 recipient of the James Beard Foundation American Classic Restaurant Award.

Anchor Bar, the home of America’s Buffalo Wings.

Dog’s Bollocks of Wing Sauce. Nothing comes close. Anything else a pale imitation. Hotter version very good too

I’ve been using standard Frank’s sauce on my wings (mixed with butter) for a long time, but wanted to try some others. I’m not into massive heat so I bought this and the ‘hotter’ version to give them a go. If you like the Frank’s traditional buffalo flavour this won’t disappoint – it’s got a more tangy taste to it but very nice indeed. The hotter version I’ll review separately, but that’s also worth a go too (not as hot as you think but definitely more of a kick). Thanks for HSE for making this available.

The best mild buffalo sauce that i can find available in the uk, trust me i have been buying all sorts.
