Based in sunny Orlando, Florida, we’re a husband-and-wife duo, Eyal Goldshmid and Deborah Moskowitz, with a shared obsession for bold, balanced flavour. We handcraft every small batch with exotic ingredients, all-natural goodness, and just the right level of heat—from gentle purr to ferocious roar.

Unlike sauces that chase maximum heat, ours are flavour forward. Some are spicy, some are mild, but every bottle delivers a unique twist that transforms your food into something truly special. And the name? It all started with Tiggy, our beloved (and rather rotund) cat. Her ever-expanding waistline—and her 5am leaps onto our heads—earned her the nickname “Fat Cat.”
