Policy
I'm not a big fan of legal gobbledygook padded-out with small-print that nobody reads and bureaucratic jargon that nobody understands. This sort of coma-inducing claptrap actually makes me suspicious.
I don't feel the need to hide behind loopholes for this, terms for that and conditions for the other so let's simplify things and speak in plain English.
In a nutshell, I'm fair, I'm honest and I treat my customers the way I like to be treated myself.
Data & Privacy
When you order from me, your information will be stored on my database for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and taking payment. That's it. Nothing else.
There's more chance of me never eating hot sauce again than passing your details onto anyone else. Anyone approaching me for this information will be told to sling their hook... or words to that effect.
Contact
Occasionally I'd like to contact you by e-mail to inform you of any special offers, promotions or new products.
If you'd rather I didn't then I won't. Simple.
Orders & Supply
All of my products will be described accurately on my website. I know they'll be described accurately because I've tasted every single item that I sell.
Every effort will be made to pack and dispatch on the day of order. Worst case scenario, your order will be packed and dispatched the following working day.
If any of my products are out of stock it will say so on the website. If for some reason it doesn't you will be offered the option of an immediate refund or for us to hold on to your order until new stock arrives. My suppliers in the USA are pretty swift and I usually receive their shipments within 4-5 days of placing an order, so stuff shouldn't be out of stock for too long.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or Business Post couriers.
The postage price for your order will be shown as you add products to your basket and a total postage charge will be clearly displayed at the checkout. I'm not here to make money out of postage. The prices quoted will be postage at cost plus packaging at cost. Click here to see how postal charges are calculated.

Payment
I take online security very seriously and use a Nochex Merchant Account to process customer credit and debit card payments. Customer payment information is not stored on my website and is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. Nochex use the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by VeriSign.
The Bottom Line
If you're happy, I'm happy.
If you're not happy I'll do everything I can to put things right.
