FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50
If you spend £50 or more, and your total order is under 15kg in weight, you will qualify for free delivery by Business Post courier.
Unfortunately this doesn't mean that Business Post will deliver it for free but it does mean that I'll pay the postage out of my own pocket.
If you're spending £50 or more on hot sauces you're either a serious chilli-head or someone with an impeccable taste in gifts and, whichever it is, I feel the least I can do is pick up the tab for the postage. Just don't tell Mrs Burnorium.
UK DELIVERY
We currently only deliver to the UK.
Orders with a weight of less than 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail and are normally delivered within three working days. Orders are despatched and delivered Monday to Friday inclusive.
Orders with a weight of more than 2kg will be sent by Business Post courier. This is a guaranteed next-day delivery service (working days only) and is also fully trackable.
POSTAL CHARGES
Postal charges are calculated on product weight including packaging. Just to give you an example, a typical 5oz bottle of hot sauce with packaging weighs approximately 500g.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please e-mail me stating the nature of your complaint and return the goods within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you or replace the goods without fuss.
